Suji peda (Laddo)

Ingredients to make Suji peda (Laddo)

  • 200gm suji (semolina)
  • 80gm desi ghee
  • 4 12 cup milk
  • few almonds chopped
  • Few raisins
  • few cranberries
  • 150gm castor sugar
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • PINCH OF nutmeg POWDER
  • Vanilla essence Few drops

How to make Suji peda (Laddo)

  1. melt ghee in a pan,saute almonds in it . remove from pan
  2. add suji to a pan roast it for two minutes
  3. now take milk in a pan add sugar in it , bring to a boil
  4. add suji to milk and cook till the mixture has thickened
  5. add vanilla essence
  6. make pedas(laddo)of this mixture
  7. sprinkle nutmeg powder and cardamom powder on it
  8. garnish with almonds raisins and cranberry

My Tip:

Can add butter instead of desi ghee
