Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Sugar 2 cup for making syrup and. 2-3tbs in rabri
  3. Bread 8 pieces cut as desired
  4. Dry fruits of your choice
  5. Ghee /oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First cut the bread in small triangles.
  2. Now fry them in oil/ghee till golden brown.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistensy.
  4. Dip the breadin sugar syrup.
  5. make rabri of 1 litermilk the milk will reduce to 1/4.
  6. Over the bread pieces put rabri and garnish with dryfruits.
