ABOUT Curd Paneer RECIPE

A tasty tangy....little different taste from regular paneer curry

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese 250 grams
  2. Oil for frying and 2 tbsp for curry
  3. Slit green chilli 2
  4. Bay leaves 2
  5. Cumin 1 tsp
  6. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  7. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  12. Sale as per taste
  13. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese in slices, deep fry in oil.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add cumin and bay leaves.
  3. Add ginger paste, fry for one min.
  4. Add hung curd, salt and all spices.
  5. Fry on high flame till oil leaves.
  6. Add fry paneer with slit green chillies.
  7. Fry for 2 mins, switch off gas and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with chapati.
