Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk 1/2 kg
  2. Curd one cup
  3. Lemon juice or lemon flower 1tsp


  1. First boil the milk
  2. Now add curd mix with spoon
  3. Add lemon flower
  4. When milk and water separate turn off gas
  5. Drain water
  6. And keep chenna in muslin cloth
  7. Wash it with tap water
  8. And put a little wight on the paneer
  9. Now soft paneer is ready to be used in any kind of veg curry.
