ABOUT Paan Shots RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chilled Milk - 250 ml
  2. Paan/Betel Leaves - 4 meetha paan
  3. Gulkand/Rose Preserve- 2 tbspn
  4. Icecream - 1 cup
  5. Saunf grinded - 1/2 tspn (optional)
  6. Sugar - 4 tspn or as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut Betel Leaves/Paan into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add chopped paan leaves, Icecream, saunf, gulkand and sugar and little milk.
  3. Blend it finely such that all are mixed properly.
  4. Now in a large mixing bowl, take this paan cream paste, Add remaining chilled milk to it and Mix well.
  5. Pour into serving glasses for serving.
  6. Can add extra Gulkand/saunf powder on top as per taste. Enjoy chilled.
