Ingredients to make Pistachio Kalakhand

  • Homemade crumbled paneer 200gms
  • Condensed milk 100 gms
  • pistachio powder 50gms
  • Sliced pistachio 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Cardamon powder 1tsp
  • Green food colour 2 drops

How to make Pistachio Kalakhand

  1. Heat the kadai add paneer and condensed milk together. Stir for sometime.
  2. Add pistachio powder and milk powder with cardamon stir for other few mins.
  3. Add food colour give a final stir.
  4. Allow to set for 1/2hr and garnish with Pistachio cuts and enjoy.

My Tip:

If u feel its dry add 1tbsp milk.
