Ingredients to make pistachio nankhatai

  • 1&1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1&1/2 cup ghee
  • 1&1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered pistachio
  • 2-3 drops of green Colour
  • 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder

How to make pistachio nankhatai

  1. take ghee in big bowl
  2. add powdered sugar
  3. whisk it with your fingers till it turns fluffy
  4. now add cardmom powder
  5. add all purpose flour and semolina
  6. add pistachio powder
  7. accordingly you can add green color
  8. add 2tbsp of pistachio slivers
  9. now bind the dough
  10. preheat oven
  11. make small balls from dough
  12. press and flatten it gently
  13. place in baking tray
  14. make all the nankhatai
  15. sprinkle some pistachio slivers on them
  16. bake for 25-28 minutes on 160 degrees
  17. remove and cool them completely
  18. store them in airtight container
