Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 cups maida
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 2 cups Oil
  4. 2 cups crushed sugar
  5. 1 tsp elaichi powder
  6. 1/2 tsp soda
  7. 2 to 3 almonds chopped
  8. 2 to 3 pistachio chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida, besan, oil, sugar powder, elaichi powder, mix well and make a dough. Make round shape, then add chopped almonds and pistachio.
  2. Pre heat the oven. Take a baking dish, grease it with oil all over. Then add one by one nankhatai. Keep it for 160 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
