Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup thick curd
  2. 10-12 bread slices
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. Sugar1 tsp (optional)
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. chopped green coriander
  7. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  8. 1 chopped red capsicum
  9. 1 chopped yellow capsicum
  10. 1 chopped green capsicum

Instructions

  1. Cut the brown edges of bread
  2. Cut bread slices in square
  3. In a bowl mix curd with all veggies.
  4. Now add salt,black pepper and sugar(optional)
  5. Mix it well.
  6. In a serving plate take one slice of bread then apply curd mixture and cover it with another bread slice.
  7. Your curd chilli sandwich is now ready to serve.
