A delicious sweet dish.
Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add in ghee to heat, then saute the suji and gond together.
Pour in milk and bring it to a boil. Now add lemon juice and stir it continuously.
Take another pan, add in sugar and melt it without water. Once it's melted, pour in the milk slowly.
The milk will start reducing, once it's reduced transfer it into a plate.
Add in the chopped dry fruits and mix. Once it's completely set, cut into desired shapes and serve.
