Chinese Chicken Noodles

Ingredients to make Chinese Chicken Noodles

  • Hakka noodles 1/2 packet
  • 1 big capsicum
  • 1 big sized carrot
  • spring onion 4 sticks
  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • garlic flakes 5-6
  • olive oil or any oil 4 tbsp
  • Fried egg pieces 4 tbsp
  • 1 cup fried chicken pieces
  • Few curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • A pinch of ajinomoto

How to make Chinese Chicken Noodles

  1. First boil water in a pan, add in the hakka noodles, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, few curry leaves, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste and cook till it's half done. Then strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Next, heat oil in a pan, add in the chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, 1 tbsp soya sauce and toss it.
  3. Then add the white part of the spring onion, capsicum, chopped carrot and fry it for 1 minute.
  4. Next, add in the soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper and white pepper. Fry it for a few seconds.
  5. Now add in the fried egg pieces and fried chicken pieces. Add salt to taste, then saute and cook.
  6. Now add in the boiled noodles and mix it well. Lastly add in the vinegar and sprinkle the green part of the spring onion in it.
  7. Yummy Chinese Chicken Noodles is ready to be served.

My Tip:

Add little oil while boiling the noodles so they do not stick to each other.
