Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 packet noodles.
  2. boneless chicken pieces 100 gm.
  3. 4-5 chopped beans.
  4. one capsicum Julienned.
  5. 2 chopped green chillies.
  6. 2 medium size chopped onion.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Sunflower oil 3 tablespoon.
  9. black pepper powder 1 tbsp.
  10. Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp.
  11. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp.
  12. 3 tbsp chopped cabbage
  13. Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
  14. garam masala powder 1 tbsp.
  15. roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp.
  16. 2 tbsp chopped cucumber.
  17. 2 tbsp chopped onion


  1. Take water in a pan bring it to boil, add 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 salt then add the noodles and cookies for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and add some drops of oil mix it well and keep aside.
  3. heat oil in a pan then add boneless chicken pieces and saute on high heat for 6 minutes.Then remove it keep aside.
  4. Add chopped cupsicum, beans, onions, cabage and green chillies and their fry for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Then add boil noodles, salt to taste, black pepper powder soya sauce, tomato sauce,Chili garlic sauce,garam masala powder and cumin powder and friyed chicken mix it well and toss them well together for few minutes and turn of the heat.
  6. Garnesh with chopped onion and cucumber.
