ABOUT Szechuan Chicken Noodles RECIPE

When some leftover chilli chicken are there, I use them to make some spicy noodles. And believe me, it’s really yum to have such noddles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chilli chicken cooked 1 bowl approximately 250 grams of chicken
  2. Noodles 2 small packets boiled
  3. 1 capsicum cut into small cubes
  4. 1 onion cut into cubes
  5. 2 pods of garlic crushed
  6. 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  7. 2 -3 tablespoon of Szechuan sauce
  8. 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper crushed
  9. 1/3 tablespoon of salt
  10. 2-3 tablespoon of oil


  1. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the capsicum, onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the boiled noodles and soya sauce and mix well.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Szechuan sauce and the leftover chilli chicken. Mix well and sauté for couple of minutes
  3. Off the flame and serve hot
