ABOUT 2-Minutes Granola RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 tablespoon honey
  2. 1 teaspoon water
  3. 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  5. 4 and 1/2 tablespoons oats
  6. 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  7. 1 tbsp almonds, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix in the maple syrup, water, oil, salt, oats and nuts until it is blended well. Spread it on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Microwave it for 1 minute and stir well.
  3. Once again, microwave it for 1 more minute or until the oats are golden brown in colour. (You will see them getting golden in color and starting to toast up.)
  4. Let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes to cool before eating. (If there's extra, store in an airtight container and consume in the next 5 days.)
