Ingredients to make Healthy Muesli Laddoo

  • Muesli (crushed slightly)- 1 cup
  • Milkmaid- 1/2 cup
  • Desiccated coconut- for dusting
  • Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
  • Ghee or butter- 1 tbsp

How to make Healthy Muesli Laddoo

  1. Take a non-stick kadai. Add in the ghee and roast the muesli for 2 minutes on a low flame.
  2. Add the milkmaid and cocoa powder. Mix it well.
  3. Saute till the ingredients blend well and form a soft and solid mass.
  4. Then turn off the flame. Once the mixture is slightly cooled, grease your hands with ghee and make the laddoos.
  5. Roll it on desiccated coconut and serve.

My Tip:

If the mixture is too thick and difficult to saute, you can pour in a little milk.
