ABOUT Healthy Muesli breakfast RECIPE

Dry fruit Muesli with lowfat Milk with fruits and prunes .Rich but low fat for weight loss purposes.Enjoy for breakfast and feel light but fulfilled.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 100grams Muesli sugar free
  2. 4-5 Prunes
  3. 1 Apple
  4. A few Almonds chopped
  5. 10 grams Flaxseed
  6. Few Raisins
  7. 1 1/2 Cup Low fat milk

Instructions

  1. Take Muesli in your cereal bowl.
  2. Add raisins.
  3. Add chopped almonds.
  4. Now add flaxseed crushed.
  5. Add the milk and rest for five minutes.
  6. Cut apple into small pieces add to this bowl cereal.
  7. Also cut long apple slices with to garnish the bowl.
  8. Also a few prunes to garnish.
  9. Enjoy healthy and light energetic breakfast.
