ABOUT Healthy Breakfast RECIPE

Black chana or horse gram are very proteinaceous and very healthy, so here is a breakfast curry made with these which are a complete meal by itself.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup black chana
  2. Salt
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. 1 boiled potato
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. green coriander
  8. lemon Juice of 1 lemon
  9. 1/4 tsp chat masala

Instructions

  1. Soak the chana overnight.
  2. Boil with salt till done
  3. Strain it
  4. Drink its water as a soup
  5. Add chopped veggies and mix in the strained chana
  6. Add salt, chat masala and lemon juice.
  7. Toss it
  8. Eat in the morning with soup
