ABOUT Healthy breakfast Soup RECIPE

This soup is so tasty and healthy .This is a must have for all ages on winters . This is mainly oil free and above all quick and easy to make.This soup contains drumsticks which are helpful for bone health .People who offen complain of pain in joints in winters should drink it every morning. This soup contains all the benefits like cholesterol control,improves digestion and fills the defeciency of B complex. This is preservatives free and is a must have in any season. Beneficial for pregnant women and growing kids.TASTY AND WHOLESOME IN ITSELF.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small bottle gourd chopped
  2. 1 small beetroot
  3. 1/2 carrot
  4. 3 to 4 peeled and cut drumsticks
  5. 8 tomatoes
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper pwd 1 tsp or as per taste.

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add a glass of water.
  2. Add all vegetables
  3. Pressure cook for two whistle on high flame and slow for few mins.
  4. When the pressure is released ,Puree the vegetables with hand mixer.
  5. Then sieve the mixture with big colander or strainer.
  6. Now heat the soup till few boils by adding salt and pepper.(till it thickens a little)
  7. Serve hot in breakfast.
