Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Pumpkin peas soup
  2. Pumpkin 21/2 cups
  3. Peas 1 cup
  4. Onion 2
  5. Garlic cloves 7
  6. Milk 3 cups
  7. Pepper powder 2teaspoon
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. Water 21/2cups
  10. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Boil de skinned chopped pumpkin along with peas, onion and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Blend boiled vegetables in a blender.
  4. Add boiled milk to it and salt to taste.
  5. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper powder and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it with any homemade breads.
  6. Healthy oil free pumpkin peas soup is ready with any homemade breads (I prefer homemade breads. I served homemade French Baguette along with this soup)
