ABOUT Crispy Fried Corns RECIPE

A Chinese starter that is made up of spiced corn with schezwan sauce and ginger-garlic.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled corns 1 cup
  2. Maida/ Flour 2 tbsp
  3. Cornflour 4 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  7. Ginger chopped 2 tsp
  8. Green chilli 1 tsp
  9. Schezwan sauce 2 tsp
  10. Spring onion 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dust the maida and cornflour on the boiled corns. Add salt and black pepper powder, then let it rest for 10 mins.
  2. Now deep fry these corns till they become crisp.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan, then add in the garlic and saute. Next add the ginger and green chilli, saute then add the corns and mix it well.
  4. Next, add the schezwan sauce and cook on a low flame for a few minutes.
  5. Finely add in the spring onions. The crispy fried corns are ready!
