ABOUT Cirspy Corns RECIPE

Saucy tangy crispy corn.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  2. 1 tbsp rice flour
  3. 2 tbsp corn flour
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 inch ginger juliens
  6. 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  7. 1 small onion, chopped
  8. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  9. 1/2 cup spring onion
  10. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. 1 tsp soya sauce
  12. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  13. 1 tsp vinegar
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take corn kernels, add cornflour and rice flour. Add salt to taste. Mix well so that it coats each corn properly.
  2. Fry in oil. Keep aside.
  3. Take 1/2 tsp of oil and heat it. Add ginger garlic to it, saute it for a minute then add onions, bell pepper and some spring onions. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well, add a pinch of salt.
  5. Add in the fried corns and mix well. Garnish it with spring onions and serve it hot.
