Noodles Tartlet

Ingredients to make Noodles Tartlet

  • Boiled noodles- 1 cup
  • egg- 1
  • maida/ Flour- 1 tbsp
  • Milk- 1/4 th cup
  • pepper powder- 1/4th tsp
  • A pinch of oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, capsicum)- 1/2 cup
  • Cooked chicken- 1/4th cup
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • butter (for greasing)
  • salt to taste

How to make Noodles Tartlet

  1. Grease the tart tins with butter and layer them with noodles, with a dent in the middle with your hands. Sprinkle the cooked veggies and chicken on top.
  2. Beat the egg, milk, maida and the rest of the masala and salt together. Pour this mixture into the tart cases on the top.
  3. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes and demould.
