Mutton Chilli

Ingredients to make Mutton Chilli

  • Mutton cut into cubes- 1 bowl
  • salt to taste
  • onion chopped- 4
  • tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp
  • red chilli sauce- 1/2 tbsp
  • corn starch -1 bowl
  • Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder- as per spice taste
  • Meat masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce- 1/2 tbsp
  • Red colour- a pinch
  • coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
  • Fried diced capsicum- 1 bowl
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste- 1 bowl
  • Mutton stock- 1 bowl
  • tomato chopped- 1

How to make Mutton Chilli

  1. Take a cooker, add in the mutton cubes, ginger-garlic paste, salt, water and cook till the mutton is tender. Do not throw the water and keep the stock aside.
  2. Take a wok, add oil to heat, then add in the onion and saute well, then add in the tomato and saute. Then add in all the sauce, spices, add the mutton add capsicum. Mix it well and add stock if required.
  3. Bring it to boil, then add in the red colour and corn starch.
  4. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it hot with fried rice or puris.
