Ingredients to make Brinjal Garlic Chips

  • 1 cup thinly sliced Brinjals
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon green garlic
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Brinjal Garlic Chips

  1. Fry the brinjal slices in hot oil till they are golden brown. Then drain the oil in a paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, garlic powder and green garlic on top.
  3. Serve it hot.
