ABOUT Egg Foo Young RECIPE

It is a Chinese egg and meat dish, can be taken alone, with its own sauce, or as a dish with rice. A very tasty dish, indeed.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Bean sprouts 20 grams
  3. Spring onion 2
  4. Mushrooms 2 (cooked)
  5. Chicken pieces cooked 1/4 cup
  6. Small shrimps 5, cooked
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. For Sauce-
  9. Chicken broth 1/2 cup
  10. Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  11. Light soy sauce 2 teaspoon
  12. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make sauce. 1st Combine all ingredients under sauce, cook till the bubbles come and it s thick.
  2. Mix all ingredients to make omelette. Add salt.
  3. Heat a pan, pour the full mixture in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Just make the liquid on top cook well. If not keep on fire for some more time. Then carefully, flip it, cook the other side also for 2 to 3 minutes. If you cant cook the whole quantity at one take, better do it twice. Make two omelettes.
  4. Pour the sauce, you made on top, serve hot.
