Egg Bhurji with bread,chapathi,rice or roti make a healthy and filling breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg 3
  2. Oil as required
  3. Jeera [cumin] seeds 1 tsp
  4. Big onion 1
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. Pepper jeera powder 2 tsp
  11. Chicken masala (optional) 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add jeera seeds,saute onion till golden brown colour and then add ginger garlic paste.mix well.
  2. Now add tomato,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,pepper jeera powder,chicken masala (optional),Garam masala powder.
  3. Wait for 5 min.after add 3 beaten eggs.stir well.until the eggs are cooked and scrambled.((cook in low flame))
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot with bread,chapathi,rice and roti.
