  • 2 whole wheat bread
  • 1 small onion finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoon finely sliced green, yellow and red capsicums
  • 12 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato chilli sauce
  • 12 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
