Hari Pyaaj ki Sabji

Ingredients to make Hari Pyaaj ki Sabji

  • 1/2 kilogram spring onion (hara pyaaj)
  • 2 medium sized potatoes thinly long sliced
  • 4-5 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • oil
  • salt as per taste
  • chilly powder
  • coriander powder
  • turmeric powder

How to make Hari Pyaaj ki Sabji

  1. Chop all the vegetables together.
  2. Pour oil in a pan add cumin seeds allow them to crackle, then add green chillies.
  3. Now add the onions from spring onions (Hara pyaaj) saute it.
  4. Now add spices and saute it.
  5. Add green part of spring onions, potatoes and salt saute it. And cover the lid allow it to cook.
  6. Add tomatoes, cook again, cover the lid for tomatoes to cook. When cooked then add coriander powder in it.
