  1. Carrot - half
  2. Papaya 3-4 cubes
  3. Lettuce/ Cabbage - 2 leaves
  4. Tomato - half
  5. Lemon - half
  6. Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take the vegetables in a blender and puree it.
  2. Add lemon juice and water. Pulse it once again. The negative calorie juice is ready.
