Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava or sooji 1cups
  2. Salt2tsp
  3. Greendhaniya1tbsp
  4. Greenchilly chopped1tbsp
  5. Currypatta few
  6. Oil1tbsp
  7. White urad dal broken
  8. Mastard seed few
  9. Half cup curd
  10. 1tbsp normal eno

Instructions

  1. First take a pan add oil mastard seeds.
  2. Uraddal curryleaves add fry for a minute
  3. Add rava and fry addsalt 5min roast..but colour should not change..
  4. Off gas and let to cool
  5. Add curd and 1cup water
  6. Add eno .fruit salt1tbsp mix batter is ready
  7. Make steamer hot take idli plates grease and pour batter and steam for 15 min ..
  8. Your soft rava idly is ready to serve

Kavitaji try using just 1tspn of eno (1 pouch) for 2 cups of rava and 1 cup Curd.too much eno will make your Idli taste soapy
