Ingredients to make Matar ki Ghughri

  • Green peas 1 cup
  • green chillies 2 finely minced
  • Green cloves 5 finely minced
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • mustard Oil 1 Tbsp

How to make Matar ki Ghughri

  1. Heat oil in the kadhai.
  2. Add cumin seed,chilli and garlic and fry it
  3. Add green peas and cover it for few minutes on low flame
  4. Open it and add salt and sugar and cover it and cook it for few minutes on low flame
  5. When it is totally cooked, take off the flame and serve with hot tea
