This is a green peas preparation. Matar ki ghugni is my mother’s recipe. She used to make it very often in winters when bazaar is filled with fresh green pea

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Green peas-2 cup
  2. Oil
  3. Chopped potatoes
  4. Green chillies chopped
  5. Astefoedia pinch
  6. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In a hot oil add astefoedia and green chillies add potatoes fry then by adding salt the green peas and cook for 8-10 mins.
  2. Serve with roasted poha and tea
