Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl kneded wheatflour dough
  2. 2 katori hare matar
  3. 1 chopp onion
  4. 1tsp grated ginger
  5. 1hari mirch
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp dhania powder
  8. A bunch green dhania
  9. 1/4tsp lal mirch
  10. Oil


  1. Put 1tsp oil in a pan
  2. Add crushed green peas in it n saute 4 five minutes
  3. After cool add onion.hari mirch.hara dhania.grated ginger
  4. Nw add salt n all masala.
  5. Take a ball of dough.n put filling in it
  6. Roll d dough n make parantha.
  7. Put little oil on tawa n cook d parantha on both sides untill it make crispyy.
  8. Serve wid curd n white.butter.
