Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1 big glass basmati rice
  2. 1 big onion finely sliced
  3. 2 Tomatoes Grinded
  4. Matar 1/2 cup washed and boil
  5. Hare Chana 1/2 cup washed and boil
  6. water 2 glass
  7. desi ghee 1tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp Shahi Biriyani masala
  10. 1 tsp jeera
  11. 1 green chili
  12. corainder

Instructions

  1. take a pan add ghee jeera when crackle add 1 green chilli and shahi Britain masala after 5 min add onion when pink in colour add tomatoes salt when oil leaves add matar and Chana mix and cook till 2 min on sim gas now add wash riced 2 glasses of water..
  2. Now cover with lid and let the pulav get cooked after 10 min off gas and sprinkle corainder and serve immediately
