Ingredients to make Eggless Bournvita Cake

  • maida 1 cup
  • sugar 1 /2cup
  • Chocolate bournvita 1/2 cup
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Baking powder 1 spoon
  • Milk 1 cup

How to make Eggless Bournvita Cake

  1. Mix sugar and butter for 15 minutes till fluffy.
  2. Add milk,bournvita powder and again mix.
  3. Now mix the sugar and butter in the batter
  4. Add vanilla essence and baking powder also at the same time. Mix all with the same process
  5. Preheat the pressure cooker, put 1 cup salt in it. Now keep batter into oil and maida greased aluminum box
  6. Close the lid of the cooker without whistle and let it cook for 25 minutes
  7. After 25 minutes turn off the flame and cut the cake in your style and serve

My Tip:

You can use coffee powder for a different flavour

Should the cake be baked on high flame, or should the heat be reduced once steam starts escaping. Please clarify.
