These parathas are fuss free at the same time healthy. We can play with ingredients and make different versions of it.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Jovar atta 3tbsp
  3. spring onions 6 (medium)
  4. Green capsicum 2 (medium)
  5. Frozen sweet corn 100gms
  6. Cheese 50-100gms
  7. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  8. Black pepper 1/2tsp
  9. Ginger and green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  10. oregano 1/2tsp
  11. Parsley 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. ketchup
  14. oil

Instructions

  1. Make dough with wheat flour, jowar flour and salt. Knead well with a tsp of oil. let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add spring onions and saute till done. Add onion leaves and capsicum.
  3. Thaw the sweet corn and add to the mix.
  4. Now add Ginger green chilli, Black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, parsley and salt.
  5. Make medium size chapatis and lightly roast on both sides. Make all chapatis like this.
  6. Spread tomato ketchup on roti and put filling on one side in the center. Sprinkle cheese and now fold it in a semi-circle like an envelope.
  7. Make parathas with little oil till brown on both sides. Serve with ketchup.
