Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Amlas- 20
  2. Sarson ka tel (mustard oil) 4 tbsp
  3. Salt per taste
  4. 6 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Take amlas in a cooker. Add 2 glasses of water. Cook for 2 whistles.
  2. Or, microwave it for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Make 4 pieces of amla taking out the seeds.
  4. In a pan heat sarson ka tel. Add the spices. The spices should not burn. Fry till done and let it cool.
  5. Add amla pieces in it. Mix it properly Amla pickle is ready.
