Prepare the dough with flour, yeast, salt and water, let it rest for 20 minutes.
Make a flat chapati, apply some olive oil, bake it in a hot oven 200 degree celsius for 3 minutes.
As it begins to turn golden, take it out and cover it with sauce, cheese. Put it back in the oven.
After 3 minute, take it out and add the veggies and some more cheese bake for another 2 minutes.
After another 2 to 3 minutes remove from oven.
Garnish with basil, parmesan, chilli flakes and herbs like oregano etc.
For the homemade sauce: Reduce the tomato puree with garlic, olive oil, butter and herbs in a sauce pan on medium heat till desired consistency is achieved.
