Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 2cup
  2. Green peas 1 1/2 cup
  3. Potatoes 2
  4. Fennel 1 tea spoon
  5. Cumin 1 tea spoon
  6. Garam masala stands( spices) cinnamon mace nutmug etc
  7. Freash Coriander fruit 1 tabal spoon
  8. Onion 2
  9. Ginger garlic past
  10. Oil 2 tabal spoon
  11. Salt
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
  13. Turmeric Powder
  14. Coriander leaf
  15. Tamotoes 5

Instructions

  1. Put the washed rice soaked
  2. Add onion and coriander fruits grinder to grind
  3. Add onion past red chilli turmeric and salt mix
  4. Pan roasted fennel and cumin make past
  5. Garam masala powder to make past stand
  6. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add now
  7. Now starting in the hot oil and put gram masala
  8. Add the ginger garlic past and mix spoon
  9. At fennel cumin past place
  10. Add the spice past with roasted onion while the did closed untill a whistle cook
  11. Add tomatoes peas and potato and put the soaked rice
  12. 4 cups water and cook 2 to whistle
  13. Add the coriander leaves and packed lunch box.
