ABOUT Bhel Gol Gappas RECIPE

Who doesn't love bhel and gol gappas ? And when they are together, it is party time not only for children but us adults too . I came up with this idea when my kids were arguing over eating bhel and gol gappas. Loaded with a bunch of veggies , it serves as an ideal healthy snack .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Readymade gol gappas or you can prepare your own
  2. 100 gm puffed rice
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 Tomato Chopped
  5. 2 cucumbers chopped
  6. 1 bell pepper ( red , green or yellow ) chopped
  7. Coriander chopped
  8. Chaat masala
  9. 1 tsp Dry mango powder or amchur powder
  10. 1/2 a tsp Garam masala
  11. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  12. Lemon juice ( as needed )


  1. Start by making holes in your gol gappas and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl , add in the puffed rice followed by the veggies .
  3. Add in all the masalas , including the coriander .
  4. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Start filling all the gol gappas and you are ready to enjoy this mouth watering snack !
