Ingredients to make Maggi Gol guppas

  • Maggi 1 packet
  • Suji 1 cup
  • maida 1 tablespoon
  • salt ( according to taste)
  • oil for frying
  • Few Vegetables boiled
  • Green chutney 2 tablespoon
  • mango chutney 2 tablespoon

How to make Maggi Gol guppas

  1. Boil the Maggi and keep it aside
  2. Take suji and add 1 tsp oil and 4 pinch baking soda and mix it well
  3. Add maida and knead the flour by adding little water
  4. Rest the flour for 1/2 hour
  5. Fry the Golgappas carefully
  6. Now prepare the maggi by adding boiled vegetables and add tastemaker
  7. Fill the Golgappas with Maggi
  8. Add green chutney and Mango chutney on Golgappas
  9. Garnish with red chilli sauce and maggi noodles

We can also add different sauces according to taste
