This is a very healthy recipe, especially for winters. Kids, as well as adults love it

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan 3 cups
  2. Suji 1/4 cup
  3. desi ghee 1-1/4 cup
  4. dry coconut grated 1 cup
  5. almonds 1/4 cup
  6. melon seeds 3 tbsp
  7. sugar powder 1 -1/4 cup or as per your taste
  8. green cardamom powder 2 tsp


  1. Take heavy bottom kadhai add ghee and heat it put Besan and suji, roast it on medium flame until it changes colour and a pleasant aroma emanates.
  2. While roasting Besan and Suji add half of the grated coconut and 1 tsp green cardamom powder,
  3. In another non-stick pan, a add little bit ghee put almonds and fry them well and keep aside and in the same pan add melon seeds and roast it also and keep aside. It will take time. Almonds should be roughly crushed.
  4. In a large bowl. Add besan and suji mixture. melon seeds and almonds.
  5. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well
  6. Make laddus. Cool and store.
