ABOUT Bhindi Masala RECIPE

Dry vegetable . Suited for lunch boxes and can be used as a side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bhind-.250 gm(cut it into small pcs.)
  2. Onion(large slices)-2
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder-.1/2 tsp
  5. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  6. Oil-1 tsp
  7. Rai-1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a wok. Add oil and rai. Cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add onion to it and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add bhindi, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes or till bhindi softens.
  4. Garnish with a tomato slice.
  5. Pack in the lunch box or serve with the main dish.
