Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Groundnut Chutney: Roasted groundnuts - 100 gm
  2. Ghee 1 tablespoon (optional)
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  4. Chilly powder and salt as per taste
  5. Dry coconut chutney: Dry coconut powder (lightly roasted) -100 gms
  6. Garlic cloves - 2/3 nos.
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  8. Chilly powder - 1 and a half teaspoon
  9. Salt as per taste


  1. Groundnut Chutney: Grind Cumin seeds, salt and chilly powder in mixer.
  2. Add Roasted groundnuts and ghee to it and grind it. (The mixture should not be too fine)
  3. Dry Coconut Chutney: Grind Cumin seeds, chilly powder, garlic cloves and salt in a mixer.
  4. Add dry coconut powder to the mixture and grind it.
