Ingredients to make Cheesy Suji Toast...

  • Suji or semolina 1 cup
  • Bread slices 15
  • salt to taste
  • curd 1 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • onion finely chopped large 1
  • capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp (optional)
  • chilli flakes a tbsp
  • Dried parsley flakes a tbsp
  • coriander finely chopped a fistful
  • Oil or melted butter as required to shallow fry

How to make Cheesy Suji Toast...

  1. Combine suji, curd and water in a wide bowl.
  2. Add salt as per taste.
  3. Add the veggies now.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat a non stick pan.
  7. Drizzle with some oil or butter.
  8. Spread two spoonfuls of the suji mix on the bread and shallow fry on low flame.
  9. Sprinkle chilli flakes on top.
  10. After done, add cheese as the last step.
  11. Sprinkle parsley flakes on cheese.
  12. Cover and cook just until it melts.
  13. Serve them hot with any sauce.
  14. Serve them as it is or pack up with little ketchup.

You can add any veggies of your choice .
