ABOUT Gud Green Moong Ladoo with Flaxseed - Winter Special RECIPE

This laddos are my signature dish for winter season.Jaggery is hot so its intake gives relief in cold and cough,In winter our skin gets dry and we face hair loss problem so green moong helps it to stop these problems and Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for us.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram 2 cups
  2. Chopped jaggery 1 cup
  3. pure ghee 1 cup
  4. flaxseed - 4 tbsp
  5. Green Cardamom 6-8

Instructions

  1. wash green moong & dry it well
  2. now take a pan add moong and roast it on low flame till it gets golden in color and you get a good aroma. Leave to cool.
  3. then add flax seed in the same pan and roast till the seeds begin to pop.
  4. peel cardamom make powder and keep it aside.
  5. put all the dry ingredients in the mixer and grind to a powder
  6. melt ghee, grate jaggery and now add that ground moong mixture. Mix it well with your hands.
  7. now take small portion of mixture in your hand and make small ladoos.
