ABOUT Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry RECIPE

This is an amazing recipe, with veggies and yummy beef.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lean rump steak - 300 gms
  2. Onion large - 1
  3. Broccoli trimmed - 1 whole flower
  4. Garlic crushed - 1 clove
  5. Snow Peas - 80 gms
  6. Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
  7. Ginger grated - 1 tsp
  8. Soya sauce - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  9. Sherry (optonal) - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for sauteeing
  12. Water - 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick fry pan or wok and spray with oil. Add the sliced beef and stir fry until browned. The put aside on a plate.
  2. In a wok pan, add some oil.
  3. Add in the sliced onions, crushed garlic, grated ginger for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Add in the broccoli, peas and some water.
  5. Add in the Soya sauce, some more sherry and finally the fried mutton.
  6. Toss to combine.
