Ingredients to make Amla KalaJamun

  • amla 12-15
  • jaggery 1 big bowl
  • water 1/2 glass for syrup

How to make Amla KalaJamun

  1. Put pan on stove , add water and jaggery in pan , cook to make syrup
  2. Steam amla in pressure cooker for 15 mins
  3. Add amla in syrup and cook till syrup becomes thick.
  4. Leave it to cool. Store in a jar
