Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. Ginger 125 gm
  2. Sugar 750gm
  3. 2 dry red chilli
  4. 1/2 tsp yeast
  5. 2tsp citric acid
  6. 1.5 ltr water

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the ginger
  2. Take a vessel and Boil the chopped ginger along with sugar, broken red chillies and water for 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool. Strain the mixture and add the yeast and citric acid.
  4. Stir well to ensure that the citric acid crystals are dissolved.
  5. Strain and store in glass bottles for three days and voila its ready
