Ingredients to make Sugarcane and Jaggery Kheer with Icecream

  • 2 glass sugarcane juice
  • 2 tbs jaggery
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 bowl small sticky rice
  • One spoon lemon juice
  • lemon/milk/cream/curd/ice cream as per taste

How to make Sugarcane and Jaggery Kheer with Icecream

  1. Wash rice.
  2. Heat pan and add sugarcane juice, boil for sometime and add lemon juice. The impurity will come on the surface. remove. add rice.
  3. Stir constantly, after ten mins add jaggery and cook until it gets a kheer like consistency
  4. Serve hot or chilled
  5. Serve with lemon/whipped cream/Milk/Rabdi/curd/ ice cream as per your taste.
  6. I serve this with vanilla ice cream.

My Tip:

You may add dry fruits also
